Stephen Lashley
Senior Pastor
Stephen and his wife, Taylor, have a 5 year old Irish Doodle named Griffin that they love taking on walks. They love music (especially listening to vintage records on their turntable), cooking, traveling to new places, theater and live performances, and reading a variety of books. Stephen loves exercising, playing golf, art museums, documentaries, and delicious coffee.
As a pastor, Stephen prioritizes being connectional within the community to help foster new relationships and nurture existing ones. He views his role as an Elder as one who helps to equip laypersons for the work of ministry. He is here to help cultivate the gifts God has given to each of us to build up Christ’s body. And above anything else, Stephen believes in God’s transformative grace. He believes that when authentic, vulnerable, and healthy relationships are built between people who share in Christ’s love, we experience a glimpse of heaven on Earth and witness the goodness of God. He believes that not only does “Christ our Lord invite all people to his table,” Jesus welcomes us, pulls up a chair and says ‘it’s good to see you! How
are things going?’
