John the Baptist

We’re continuing our series on Bible Sidekicks. We’ve learned from the stories of Moses’ brother, Aaron, and Mary of Bethany. Today, we’re turning our attention to John the Baptist, whose ministry prepared the way for Christ. Sometimes we may think our task is to speak for Christ, but more often than not it is to simply prepare the way for others to hear what Christ has to say.
